Me and my friend managed an adsense account which was recently blocked. Only then I came to a conclusion that Google can also be stupid.
Yes, Yes I agree that there is no equivalent advertiser to Google with enormous facts of ad formats, reaching and editing various options. Everything will be nice until you get blocked from Google Adsense. One cannot monitor each and every visitors of his/her website. I sent an email to Google Adsense support for the issue of variations in my reports and by the next week it was blocked.
Google Adsense Support claimed that there are invalid clicks from the website and it is a loss for advertisers, Yes I know it is a great loss for advertisers and how come a site owner will know that a visitor is making invalid clicks, it is Google’s responsiblity to sort the IP and blacklist it.
I have sent an email with my web stats with 2 suspected IPs, but there is no reply from Google. So Publishers, please remember that once you are blocked is blocked. As Google Adsense, Google Support Team always sucks with a bunch of links and default replies with FAQs links. Why do we contact support besides FAQs and documents? , To get the same links from Human Support? Every Google Support Person should know that “GOOGLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT REALLY SUCKS” and it is no joke. Google Adsense support never read/reply your request for reactivation.
I still love Google’s products,but not Google Adwords anymore. Then I sorted out that Advertisers have huge risks in advertising with Google Adwords, they never meet ad publishers, never know about invalid clicks although there are few tools that Google provide. Either it is a valid click or Invalid click, All Money Goes to Google’s Pocket. I am not completely blaming adsense/adwords, but there are risk factors in Gaint Advertisers like Google too.
Gaints like Yahoo and MSN Still sleeps closing the eyes tight. There are news that they are going to launch Search marketing and Adcenter universally, but there are no official news or launch. It is a shame that they still not have developed a universal secured product like adwords.
MSN and Yahoo needs to know that they still can replace Google Adwords or any web advertising company.
